- You will be required to create an account and pay to secure your reservation.
- Reservations are first-come, first-served, so be sure to book early to lock in your preferred date.
- If you intend to have inflatables at your event, you MUST notify city staff and comply with the Inflatables Policy.
- If you intend to serve alcohol at your event, you MUST submit the alcoholic beverage service application in addition to the reservation form.
- Alcoholic beverage service requires City Council approval. City Council meets on the first Tuesday of each month.
- All reservations are pending approval by City staff.
- The City reserves the right to require a special event permit for rentals dependent upon the nature of the event.
