The Richmond Hill Architectural Review Board (ARB) consists of five members appointed by the Mayor and Council. They review and make final decision on the aesthetic qualities of proposed projects within the Ford Overlay District and the Gateway Overlay District. If you are interested in volunteering to serve on the commission, please contact the Mayor or the Planning and Zoning Director.
